Reframes BorgMark from "EU GitHub alternative for agencies" to "EU
GitHub alternative for CTOs selling into regulated buyers" across the
homepage, About, Security and Compare pages, in all four locales.
- New H1 (variant C): "The EU GitHub alternative with the runners and
the marketplace built in."
- New SelfHostBeat section between RiskWhyNow and SecurityQuestionnaire
("You can run Forgejo yourself. You can't sign your own DPA.")
- Features grid: adds a marketplace card, drops the SSO/per-client
isolation card, reshuffles icons.
- SecurityQuestionnaire: grows from 5 to 6 rows (adds CI/CD supply chain).
- Pricing: Sovereign Fortress gains a SAML/OIDC SSO line; copy and
domain example updated (git.your-company.com).
- FAQ: grows from 6 to 7 items (adds "Why pay you if I can self-host?").
- Hero terminal mock org -> northstar / gov-tender-api; form

- Em-dashes removed from prose across all four locale files.
- About / Security / Compare reworded away from "agency" / "client"
